Job Title: Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE)
Allison is seeking an experienced professional to fill a Supplier Quality Engineer position within its Procurement team. The Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) offers support as a liaison between Purchasing, Engineering, Operations and suppliers to develop suppliers, lead and support program launch readiness , resolve supplier quality issues and to provide technical support. The SQE routinely communicates supplier part quality issues and supports the investigation of supplier quality problems and coordinates implementation of effective and timely resolutions. The SQE is responsible to review and audit supplier manufacturing processes and quality systems.

Job Title: Tool Engineer
The Tool Engineer will focus on execution and implementation of best practices in regard to tool management procedures, including managing all cutting tools for production plants, budgeting and forecasting tooling expenditures, and work for overall improvements to cost of machining. This role requires knowledge and practical experience with a multitude of tooling processes including turning, milling, grinding, broaching, hobbing, and honing.
